I don't know about talking in bathrooms.... i don't think even a nod is nessicary, maybe a greeting is ok while entering, but once err.. in progress, there should be no talking.
There should also be rules about sharing the trough.

Wait, Wait...is it stupid because you should NEVER be allowed to touch a mans(ones whom youve known for a few hours) sister, or because you should ALWAYS be allowed to take it up with a guys sister?
