I love this thing called life. The highs and lows. The ride, the rollercoaster it is. Love and loosing love, refinding then loosing it again.

Beauty ugliness, decay and the new, the fresh.

Uncertainty and predictability, both the challenge and the sure thing.

Conversation after silence, companionship after loneliness, connection, deeper connection after despair.

Have a great sunday all. Whatever you do, relish at least one moment of sight, or hearing or the miracle of the thought process and ponder the alternative reality of never having existed.

I'm so glad I'm here, now. In this moment.

Have to say I agree with you. I've had plenty of less than perfect moments, but plenty that were pretty near perfection too. The good and the bad make me who I am, and yes it is good to be alive!
