CLERICAL DILEMA.

Will i be o.k using only one cleric? (Viconnia)

Ive been debating over using jahera,Cernd or Hear Dalis. In my Evil Party?

This is a major problem and im not really enjoying the game as i keep wondering "Would he be better, would she be better"

I hear that Jaheira can make a decent secondary tank, plus she is a DRUID, and they rock!!!!!

Oh No!! You are wavering again?????? Cernd will give you all the extra healing you need. Plus he has some VERY useful other spells like elemental summoning and Insect plague.....the latter is useful for disrupting the spells of enemy mages. You can always play with a different good party at the same time if you want.... that's what i'm doing and you really see the contrast between the two. I would say that the evil party.... the same as your's... actually is more effective than my good party of; Minsc, Jaheira, Valygar, Aerie, an Archer, Yoshimo. If you have the bonus cd merchants you should buy Edwin the ROBE OF VECNA if you can. It will speed up his casting lots!

Yeh, use Edwin, Korgan, and Vicky for your evil and vile parties. Add in Cernd to sweeten da pot as in ToB, he gets to summon good stuff! If leaning towards a more lawful aligned party, try zis on fur size!

I'd vote for Jaheira over Cernd depending on the makeup of your party.

Jaheira is the stronger of the two by far and a more well-rounded NPC. She can wear any armor and (as a fighter) can serve as a tank for you. So if you are in need of another front-line fighter she's the better choice.

On the other hand, Cernd will gain levels much faster than Jaheira (since he's a single class and she's a multi-class F/D). So if your party already has a few tanks and you won't need this NPC on the front lines, Cernd may be the way to go since he will gain higher level spells quicker.

I'd say go for Jaheira and Aerie as healers.. Aerie is powerful cos of also having mage spells and Jaheira is the only Druid that can get raise dead.

I agree with Jaheira or Aeria over Viconia or Anomen... IMHO a half-cleric is all you'll need, and if you combine it with a half-druid, you won't miss anything.
