I'm planning on seeing this movie in a few weeks, so can anyone tell me how it compares to the last two movies? I thought the first one was brilliant, and the second one was rather boring. And exacly what movies does this movie aim on? The Ring? The Matrix?

The Ring, Signs, The Others, a few others maybe. It's not their best, I'll say that much. A lot of what is expected to be funny really isn't.

I found the movie rather dissapointing, the first was original and rather amusing but it all went downhill from there.

Nonsense! I thought the movie was hilarious! But I admit that I didn't see the two previous movies. But I strongly suggest you should!

Part one was one of the most stupid, refreshing, and hilarious movies I've ever seen. I definitely recommend renting it. The second one wasn't as good as I thought it should have been, but I still thought it was hilarious... then again, I am just a big kid who thinks poop jokes are still funny... poop... hehe.

ALl three flicks are excellent and fun to watch. Really good realization of a fine idea.

I vowed to go to the theatre to see Scary Movie I with my classmate ever since we heard of it. We expected a decent comedy, with clean jokes. We were so wrong.. And when I saw Scary Movie I, it seemed like one of the best experiences I've had in the movies(before LotR). I believe it was that which started many disgusting and dirty movies. I loved it. That was a long time ago.

However, that was not the case with the sequel. It was a pathetic attempt - while the first surprised me with it's originality, the second one was EXACTLY the same as Part I. For that reason, I expect the worst for III.

Nowadays, I avoid all of it.
