Okay okay okay... i get it. But about my other point that other countries are labeling the U.S. as some kind of war mongrel when they try to help the people over throw an unfair government. Yes it's true that we are proud to be self
sufficient but all iam asking is that other countries shouldn't label our contry all these negative names just because we are trying to help

Istaron, while I do appreciate the general pointI think you mean to make, this can be misconstrued. Yes, it could be worse, everything anywhere "COULD" be worse. We could have had a nuclear war and all be ashes now...but that doesn't make us hurt any less for what DID happen.

Most of us do realize that there is suffering in the world on a daily basis. We are just dealing with a severe blow to our own soil, our own psyche as a nation. Please let us mourn and then worry about enlightening folk on the ills of the world, ok?

Yes We do Gwhanos. Not that that has anything to do with helping or not helping.

We don't have nuclear weapons...but we do have nuclear facilities.

At a place called Chalk River in Ontario there is a nuclear plant and it is not the only one in Canada.

My father-in-law was a 'member' (can't remember official title...more like judge I think) on the Ontario Energy Board
