Well as cheif Joculator of the Venerable Order of Buffoons, Tomfoolery and Twittery I am never silly. Whats that ... the little pointed hat with the flashing light on top isnt silly - its tradtional! And so are the huge floppy shoes. The red nose howeever is NOT part of the time honoured regalia - I sat out in the sun too long
