anti paladins...where?

ok when sir ryan trawl sends you to the bridge district to find those anti paladins...where exactly r they? im pretty sure ive looked everywhere and i cant find them

go into the bridge district. once sir whatever aegisfield talks to you, go to south until you can turn to the right.go right and up to the top right corner of the map. there you will find the answers in which you seek.

When I did this quest, I had Keldorn in my party and the anti's recognized him and a fight immediately broke out. The head anti mentioned something about "Celestine". Did I screw something up by waxing them too quickly?

You can actually have Keldorn in the party at the first encounter if your Charisma is high enough to convince them, that he just looks like Keldorn OR if you just leave Keldorn somewhere else in the Bridge district (that doesn't mean kicking him out of the party, just move him out of sight).
However, they'll certainly attack, when you bring them their cup, even if Keldorn is not in your party and/or if you are evil.

Aren't those guys known as Fallen Paladins not Anti-Paladins?

The only reason I ask is because IIRC there was an anti-paladin sword somewhere. If this is the case, how do you become an Anti-Paladin because it sounds like fun.

if you enter the bridge district from the north east gate, then move south east, hugging the wall - there's a hard-to-spot alley between the wall and the house. The fallen pallys are in the open area just to the south.
