the sad part is not that there aren't enough small size condoms.no,the sad part is that they prescribe condoms at all.why do they need a doctor in on it.can't they just go buy some at the nearest store?

Ahhh but you're able to buy them in bulk and get them subsidised by the Govt if you get them from a doctor. Plus you only need to go out once a week if you buy 100 at a time
