They don't seem to realize that the guy with all of the capabilities to make one, who is aggressively trying to get them to think about the point of it (and who has a link to genpets in his sig), is even the artist behind it.

Now that's just creepy, I don't think I could buy something like that.
I don't think it's real though, I'm sure you'd see them in toy stores by now, unless they were banned from toy stores.
