Actually, everyone WILL see a difference. Going from a wimpy AMD K6 400, to a 1.7Ghz server with 512MB Ram and a 20 gig HD (at 10,000 rpm) you will see a HUGE difference.

I remember in 1994 when I had my first website, my friend upgraded the web server from a 486 to a P2, and holy crap, it was amazing.

As for Bandwidth, we're fine. Unless we get like 1000 users at once, we should have no problem. At peak times, we usually have around 100 visitors at any given time.
