250 thanks mate. Thankyou for your compliments. "Wisdom" is not numbness. All the lessons of life can never be learned in totality. "The more I know the less I understand". What "wisdom" can bring is skills to meet challenges rather than be bested by them.

There is a saying "our greatest achievements are disguised as insurmountable obstacles".

Also there is a difference between knowing the solution, and acting out the solution. Choosing a positive perspective is a choice, but one that can sometimes be difficult.

I suppose I feel better already Thanks again.

hey, no problem man. my mom always tell me, the best medicine to emotional illness is "time". it can cure everything if you can just sit back and let it work it might be true, you think?

Seven months. Man, that is one long, long time. I feel for you!

Just remember: wherever you go, as long as you have friends, you're always home. And we're always your friends, man.

Cheers,

The ranger looked at the place out side of the elven town near the river, he looked near the rocks, then they showed the way to....

Sorry to hear you're feeling kinda down there Yorick. I can only imagine how difficult it would be to be away for that long. Especially in New York. New York is a great place to visit and to go vacation at, but if you are there for too long, the underside of the city becomes all too apparent. New York is probably one of the worst cities to live in by yourself. With so many people there, all so sucked into their own lives so that they don't even see you when you walk down the street, it is kinda easy to feel lonely.

Well, it'll all be worthwhile when you get your huge record contract. Hope things seem better soon!

I don't know if this helps, but think of how much greater your appreciation is for the things at home. It's a good thing to remember where you've come from. i think it helps focus where you are going to.

Cheers

I hope you are feeling better by the time you get back to this thread.

Just think...NYC could be the home you would have to go home to from someplace else!

I am happy for you that there is something much more beautiful waiting down the road in time, happy that you got the oppurtunity to see The Big Apple and happy that I got the chance to see it through your eyes.

If it gets too hard to handle, remember, you always have Tennesee, South Carolina and Texas to bide your time in until you can return home.
*Hugs*

Remember this, If it is worth the journey then it is worth the tear's
the pain and the suffering. If it means you can achieve a dream quest
then it is worth the doing.

Never surrender to dispair..
