Hi all,
I have over the last couple of days been strongly reminded that you should never make assume anything!....at all!!! I have been visiting these boards for some time now, and it never occoured to me the Wyvern was a lady. Sorry Wyvern! It makes me wonder how many of the users are male or female (I anit assuming nutin). My board name is a change of words on me real name (Graham) but many of the names we become familiar with on the boards are special to the particular users. So, anyone want to fess up what their gender is,and, where/why you got your name from. Nosy I guess. Regards, Greyem of Canberra.

M, Radek is the Czech for a familiar form of my first name: Radvan.

I am male, and bsftcs is an abbreviation of my real cybername which would somehow not be accepted when I registered with Ironworks.

I'm male. The whole reason I came onto Ironworks instead of just lurking here is that I was playing Wizardry 8, had a party that had almost completed the game, and only one other save game with that party, wayyy back. I went off from Christmas holidays, and when I came back, thought I'd start another party I had been working up before I left. Due to a bug in the first dungeon in W8, the game right below the one I was on got saved over. Yep, it was the old, almost finished party. My reaction was one word. Well, actually it was probably a stream of unprintable words, but the essence of my thought was, "Well, Dang!" I decided to log on to IW to see if anybody knew how to recover deleted games, and my feeling at the time seemed like an appropriate on-line name. The rest is euphemistery!

I am male (last time I checked). My name comes from one of my CRPG characters, my first thief. I figured he'd probably flub up everything he did (as most low-level thieves do), so I named him for the bungling he'd probably do. But "Bungle" was too simple and obvious, so I "frankified" the name into Bungleau... pronounced just like the english word bungalow.
He's been in many games ever since...

Wyvern is amazing... the only name I recognize here from the early months of the board... whatever happened to Sazerac anyway?
anyway, male, and aleph null is the cardinality of any countably infinite set. Yeah, I know, I was a math major... |

Yes, I'm a lady - at least I try always to behave in a ladylike manner!
Saz is around, though not on IW much that I have noticed. I do hear from him now and again. |
