What all affects the Parry statistic? I have noticed that being heavily-armored tends to make this drop significantly, and the manual says certain classes have an intrinsically higher (or lower) Parrying ability, and weapon skill *seems* to have an effect, but like most of the elements of this game I am just running on supposition, which is kind of one of the charms of the game for me--I can't necessarily micromanage statistics. Nevertheless, I would like to know a bit more about this statistic. Any takers?

I think your agility and/or dexterity affect your ability to parry too.

No clue. I just consider it another element of AC, as in something that helps you avoid a hit. I have not noticed any significant differences in being hit that can be traced back to parry.
Hmmm... I wonder if Radek has done an analysis of this....?
