Help I'm on that bloody Island, with a misstake I've killed the spirit. I've throwed a fireball who hit the spirit when I tryed to kill some other ghosts, so it was "angry" then I had to kill it what do I do? I've saved over the qicksave and autosave so what do I do now?

If it's Burial Isle in the expansion you are talking about then you are okay as long as you don't kill the shaman Hjollder.
