go to download.com and download a freeware programe. "another ie popup killer" it basic simple and works on MOST popups.. had it for nearly 1 year now.. its works great.

When you get those never-ending popups, there is actually a way to stop them.
Go into your browser options and deactivate all scripting, ActiveX, and other options that remotely resemble running a program. Then kill the session. It generally won't restart. If it does keep going, reboot is your only option. Then go put back all the settings you had before.
