Does the skill prowess apply to kung fu attacks?

Also is 2nd weapon weapon needed for kung fu?

Thanks,

1) Yes, and the higher the skill level in Kung Fu, the more powerful the attack (more damage). It's the only attack skill that increases damage: all others increase the Hit statistic.

Prowess, BTW, only increases the speed (frequency) of the attack.

2) 2nd weapon isn't needed. Just equip a non-weapon (like a shield or a lantern) in your right hand slot. This "forces" the 2nd kick/punch.
