Apparently I forgot I was working both sides of T'rang and Umpani - now at the Rapax away camp neither will talk to me. Boo Hoo. So, how do I procede? I told the king they don't know and nothing changed, I told him they do know and nothing changed (relod is wonderful) but either way, I don't know what to do next.

Also, I never did get the Top Level Security from the General and thereby seem to be stuck. I have all three artifacts but cannot shoot down the Savant ship (been very greateful for the walkthough at Wiz8Main) and do not know what to do next. So, short of reloading some REALLY OLD save game - to restore the T'rang and Umpani (have now Idea why the Umpani consider me a traitor) and start over again, how can I force my way through? HELP!!!

Once you have all three artifacts, I do not believe that you need either the Umpani or the T'rang anymore. I hear that there are lots of exp to be earned doing the quests for both sides but they are not necessary to complete the game.

Uhm, ok - but how do I procede with the Dark Savant ship issue? Am I missing something from the Umpani or can I skip downing his ship? Sorry if I am asking for a spoiler here....but I need one I think.

You don't need to shoot down the ship... if I were you, I'd just head on over to Ascension Peak

Will do - I must thank each and everyone here for helping me along - I have been lurking around since Wiz & Warriors last year but never found aneed to post - the lovely 'search' feature on this site has been most helpful and the continued support by all you fine RPG'ers has been amazing.

Thank you ALL!

Yeah, the alliance/destroy ship sequence is worth 1.2 million exp per person, but it isn't critical to the game. One time, I just skipped that entirely, and there was no difference in the ending, or going to Ascension Peak. On the bright side, it also means you stay in good with the Templars (they become hostile when you free the prisoners). So just head on over to the Peak.
