Look in Quicktime's preferences. According to MozillaZine, Quicktime has it's own MIME settings that need to be fiddled with.

I know about quicktime's own preferences, I've checked them before, and Flash was not there.
After reinstalling Quicktime and deleting QTAlternative, somehow things work agaon. I'm still trying to figure out why... But anyway, thanks, guys!
