Here's my latest work. I felt I should share it here first.

acta est fabula
by Brent Fisher

All that needs be written has been written,
all the deeds of gods and men have been read,
all the words of wisdom have been spoken,
I am haunted by the shadows I have fled.

I am called to join their ranks and I am bitten,
no, smitten, at the darkness they have shed.
They strike when my spirit is broken,
and all my lingering light is bled.

As I mentioned in my other post, my AIM name is 'CapnBigglesII'. Give me a buzz if you're on.

Oh, and my elfwood page has been recently updated. More poems Give it a lookover: http://elfwood.lysator.liu.se/libr/b/f/bfisher/

That is really good, especially the first stanza!
