A glitch in the game ?

On the docks of Tel Fyr, you are supposed to find a trainer in medium armour, named Cinia Urtius, but nobody is there. Is this a bug or is she located someplace else ?

I asked the same question once and apparently he/she is not in the game. IIRC there were 1 or 2 other mastertrainers also not available.

This kinda sucks. And also, the armorer trainer in Ebonheart, Sirollus Saccus, doesn't give the option to train. Not that that's a big problem, because with all the repairing i do, i'll get to 100 eventually anyway, but it's another of those unexplained Morrowind glitches.

Yes it sucks and I wonder if they were left out on on purpose. It could easily have been fixed with the patches or the exp. packs.

Armorer is no problem, as you said, but getting med. armor up can be really hard when you reach higher levels as you rarely get hit. The only way is standing still and let yourself get whacked over and over again.

It's a little annoying, because there's some pretty good med. armor in Bloodmoon.

Well, you could go around wearing those Dark Brotherhood outfits for a while. Those are medium armour, kinda like a ninja outfit. Of course you'll need Tribunal for this. I might wear that for my quests for the Morag Tong, i just decided to join them for the first time since i play this game.

I believe Dark Brotherhood armor is light. But I agree it's a good armor to get early in the game.
