Can we cancel it this year? I've got the inlaws and my mum coming over to stay. The kids and wife want a holiday and it's my wifes birthday on boxing day. Maybe there will be a bank error in my favour or maybe I will win the lotto or... bah humbug

'lo everyone
Just taking a break from writing my midterm (half done). Had to stop by and say the AFI concert was awesome. The pit was crazy fun but my friend decided she didn't like being sandwiched between sweaty stinky people, so we went to the stands, lol. However from the two + hours we DID spend in the pit...next to the speakers...my hearings a little shot throats sore from screaming too, but hey its all good School tomorrow though *cries*. On the plus side...MATRIX IS COMING OUT ON WEDNESDAY!!! WOOO! Then I get a big whooping month off when the semester ends early december. Yay!

I just got a double whammy today, Friday, there was a bad car wreck on a road I used to live on, one of the passangers died, turns out I knew her a little, not great friends, but i knew her, and now they are saying that the driver is possibly someone I was best friends with in school, we grew apart over the years. she is still in critical condition, and may not make it, i feel so horrible, then saturday, there was a "prank" call to my uncle, saying that my grandmother had been hit in front of the dollar store, but we all knew she was at home, turns out the prank call was ligit, just to the wrong family, her neighbor, they both have the same last name, who i have known for years was hit by a car, and will most likely not make it, she is old. no one knows why she was there to begin with, other than her car had broken down, and she was walking home, and passed the road, walking with a walker on a busy highway, she either walked, or stumbled, in front of a car doing about 50 mph. I feel so crappy about it, we all thought it was a prank call, and we had told the people at her house they needed to turn off their bright lights, cuz we could not see, never even thinking someting could have been wrong

Oh Stormy, you must be feeling rotten. I guess you just have to hug those around you and tell them you love them every day. You just dont know what can happen. And lets all drive a bit more carefull out there. My sympathy to all

I had a very bad day today. The first four hours we had were just so boring, that I nearly fell asleep, and then during the afternoon it was the same thing, so even though I should do some work right now, I think I will skip it and go to bed.
