Does anyone in this forum play an instrument in a band? IŽve been playing bass guitar for about 6 years now in a band called "NIMMERLAND", when I decided to join another band where IŽm doing the vocals now. We call ourselves "UNSPOILED" and our style can be compared to...maybe Limp Bizkit. What about you others? Or does anyone know a URL of local bands? Thanks

I used to sing in metal bands (think Nightwish, Lacuna Coil, Within Temptation style...though you probably won't know these...) but I never managed to find something I really liked that was closeby as well (travelling three hours for rehearsals is NOT funny ) so now I sing in a choir (we practise across the street...heh). My boyfriend is a drummer in Daeonia, a gothrock band who are signed on an English record company. They've released their second full length cd recently, and the URL is www.daeonia.com

On a completely different end of the music spectrum, I'm a member of a historical military quartet. Very small. Just buds. Its more of a hobby.
You should hear us belt out a rendition of "Men of Harlech". That song stirs the spirit. |

Well, go to our homepage, it is:
www.unspoiled-music.de The page is still being built, but you can already see a pic of the band(the guy standing on the right side is me) and sign our guestbook. or check out a really fascinating band from the city I live next to: www.nolovelost.de Real cool band. To Mel(mind if I say Mel?)f course I know nightwish and lacuna coil. NIMMERLAND were doing that kind of music. We had a female singer, too. But she was...you donŽt want to know that Greetings to Sebastiaan. ------------------ -UCANTZEECALIFORNIAWITHOUTMARLONBRANDOSEYEZ- |

I play guitar...
In a disfunctional ego driven band called "..." Well ok, we don't have a name but we play some covers, and the odd original. Good fun when it actually works. Quote from drummer - "I don't want to practise a song, if we are just going to f**k it up!" Thus entirely defeating the purpose of a rehersal or Practise session Damn addicts... ------------------ "Watch your back" |

To sylent: Yeah, I know the problems of covering. We tried, but the best we ever achieved was some punk version of 500 miles. It wasnŽt high-quality, but it rocked! ------------------ -UCANTZEECALIFORNIAWITHOUTMARLONBRANDOSEYEZ- |
