I dont know when you posted this, but in a word NO. I'm using MSN right now. hopefully it was down and back on again. I think MSN sucks, mine is always screwing up, but right now its working for me. hope this was at least slightly helpful

I can sign in again now! Yay! I've never really had any problems with MSN, so I don't think it sucks.
