I found the entrance to Mind Flayers Dungeon. But I don't have any quest about it. Should I wait for future chapters to enter or this dungeon is optional? Just for xp and items?

Presume that you're talking about the area under the sewers?
No other quest but an important weapon waiting for you when you compete dungeon.. So go in and have fun! |

 One more thing, there's also Saerak Estate in Bridge Distrcit. And also Bahtilis Resident. Did u get there later in the game with a quest? |

use chaotic commands to ward off that icky psionics stuff.
