Hey, I've been looking around for this wolfbeast, but I can't seem to find him anywhere? Where can he be found?

I found the werewolf (therewolf!) north of Shurugeon Castle in the area called The Shire. If you look at the map that came with the game you will see the area. Just walk around a bit and you will find him. He is quite powerful so be careful. Good luck.

I encountered the Werewolf far to the west while on my initial journey toward the Stout Mines. So it may be that he moves around and can be encountered in random spots. My advice would be to just go about the game doing the other quests and wax him once you cross paths with him rather than hunting him specifically.
