It seems that Liberty and Justice for All is not dead yet! Congress has quashed funding for a very troubling DARPA project. Info here.
Now, if they'd just revisit the Patriot Act ....

I'd like to make a point about your sig Rokenn if I may. The Supreme Court doesn't decide right from wrong. It decides on the constitutionality of laws.
