Hey Kaz, I have British and Hungarian citizenship but I have no doubt what I am. And it's not british, even though I've lived twice as long in England.

Exactly the way I feel... Maybe because Germany and Hungary are realtively unknown countries compared to America and Britain? onder1:

I wouldn't call germany "unknown". Main protagonists of both world wars, biggest population in Europe and 3rd richest country in the world (GNP-wise) AFAIK.

True for Hungary though, however I don't think that's the reason I feel Hungarian. The reason is that both my parents are hungarian and I was born there and my cousins would kill me if I tried to tell them that I felt english, it doesn't matter that I've lived here for 13 years

English and Germany Citizenship, my dad English, my mum German. Never really spent much time in Germany apart from hoildays so I not sure why I have a German Citizenship, I also have, according to people here, an american accent event though I never been there?. Anyway I don't consider myself any nationalty really.

Compared to America, i'd say Germany is *relatively* unknown. At least unimportant. But the family idea fits - my entire family is German, so I'm German. Good point!

Man...I leave for a couple of months and I don't understand a bloomin' thing anymore! Guess I'd better read the durned bunny thread!!

*With a well practiced finger movement, flips a cigarette into his mouth and sparks it to life with an unheard command, shooting flame from the tips of his fingers to the end of the cigarette. Inhaling deeply, he heads out the door to investigate the "bunny" situation...*
