For Winter I've got a '00 Legacy GT Limited, fun in the snow but no power. I'm thinking the new 2.5L Turbo that Subaru has might be a good future mod. to get the car to the point where it can at least get out of it's own way.

For Summer I've got a moderately modified 96 Z28 (bought it new and ran it as a summer daily driver until recently), last dyno run was 350rwhp with no power adders, 468rwhp with a 150 shot.

I've also got a 69 Mustang Mach1 project car, 351W (very long term project)

I have one each from each of the "big three"
A Dodge Neon R/T soon to be replaced with a Neon SRT
A Ford Ranger STX Pickup
A Olds Silhouette Minivan/Family-mobile

Oh and 2 Motorcycles
Yeah. A chevy was my first car and I decided owning something that fell apart so fast was not the way to go. Oh, and I can't buy Fords - I have a dead grandfather who was a mechanic whose memory and opinion I am beholden to respect.

But, Ford owns Mazda, dude. And the Toyota plant in Georgetown, KY, employees a lot of folks in my home state. So there.

Isn´t it quite expensive to own a car collection..?

I have a brown Corolla ´92. Excellent price/value... well, forget the value.

I drive a pewter '99 Chevy Suburban LT; Galadria drives a silver 2002 Mazda Miata. Sorry Timber, I can hear you weeping all the way down here.

I have a 2003 Toyota Corrola with a dent on the passenger side because of an idiot at the garage I park in when at work. Otherwise, it's a GREAT car, and it's nice to have something (finally) that doesn't need several hundreds dollars worth of work every few months (last car was a 1990 Chevy Blazer, in 2 years I wound up spending about 8000 keeping it on the road until I could afford a new car).
8000 - because 6 months after buying it I had to replace the engine, thanks to the bank of Dad I was able to borrow the $$

Well, I get my license in about six months. I'm pretty sure I'll have enough for my 2001 Pontiac Sunfire by then
