Figurines

My character's a Ranger, and can use any figurine. But no other kind of character I've known of can! Is the figurine something that only the Ranger can use?

The figurines can be used by anyone, except for the moondog figurine which can only be used by rangers.

the moondog and lion figurines can only be found in the ranger stronghold right or is there another way to get them?

The Moondog is a reward in the Ranger stronghold quests, but the Golden Lion is actually from the Druid stronghold. And no, there's no other way to get them except for cheating them in. They're class-specific quest rewards.
