when yous ays family, i think the one i grew up with, and they come last. my husband comes first (counts as a friend because he is my best friend) then friends, then the family i grew up with. of course i have many issues with my family, and i do love them, i have lost respect for them for various reasons, tho.
and of course, you didn't ask, but i'll tell you now, my kids come absolute first.

Hmm a lot of people say their kids come first above all else. Maybe I'll understand this fully if/when I have any of my own.
However, my mum always used to say to me "choose your wife carefully...your parents die and your kids grow up and leave, but your wife will always be there"

Girlfriend and Friends equally. Most of my time with my girlfriend is spent with friends. Her friends are my friends now. If you get me.
Family, hm, I'm not so close to. I'm really close to my mother but that's pretty much it.
