Alas my LadyRae, Draconia has not as yet decided to stay.
My Princess, I have always assumed that you are single as I am, and this entire affair has made me realize that I don't even know if you are single, engaged, or even married If you would prefer to e-mail me about it rather than post that will be fine

Would it matter, dear one? LadyRae isn't... Would it matter if rl Lee was?

For me , role-playing is role-playing...
Some people have a problem with it, I know, when it involves romance.
An example is Draconia, who made it plain from the start that she's happily married when the knights/bards/princes made romantic sugestions, and that she would have none of it. An example of those who don't have a problem with it, other than myself, are LadyZ and Stealthy who are very happily married in rl and BK who's engaged.

???

Let me amend that part about BK... I'm not sure he's actually engaged but he has a rl girlfriend he obviously cares deeply for... What I'm getting at, is what our charactors do isn't real... (I have arthritis, for crissakes! -If I really did a triple cartwheel I would probably kill myself!) Though, obviously, what we all feel for eachother is very real... The romance is a way for us lady-types to interact with you man-types... The only way it could be wrong is if the married/engaged ones were unlucky enough to have yucky jealous-type lovers or if, like Draconia, it would make them feel untrue/guilty/bad to partake in a fantasy romance (I don't know about you, but the NPC romances are one of the best parts about BGII!)

Sighing heavily, hangs his head rubbing his eyes. Is his lovely LadyRae/Lee betrothed or married The wonderful Princess whom he has allowed himself to become smitten with. It was after all, not the role player, but the kind, gentle, caring woman who touched his heart. Suddenly having grown weary, he needs rest.
Good night my friends, good night lovely Princess, I will see you tomorrow.
