I wouldn't have just been tempted, i WOULD have kept the money. Whoever is stupid enough to lose such an amount of money won't probably even miss it.

I'm fairly sure I would have kept it too. Although it would have bothered me a bit how it got there. I mean $40,000 doesn't just fall outa someones pocket!
