I was hoping for increased backstab modifiers and more poison abilities like a bounty hunter's traps. Possibly the ability for Sneak Attacks and Critical Strikes like in HOW.

I have read in a gamming magazine that they will have time delayed snares and alchemy ( ability to make potions)

They definitely should be better otherwise no one will play a pure thief unless for role playing functions.
