Exactly what potion does the blue feather make? I gave it to the potion guy at Trynton, but when I went back and he said it was done and would sell it to me, I could not see anything special in his stock. Am I missing something here? Thanks.

I already did, then I went back to him and he said IT was in his inventory. But like I said earlier, what is it exactly? I couldn't see that there was anything special there, so please go ahead and spoil me.
