I read somewhere that the developers were toying with the idea of having a mage quest that would transform them into a lich, but it got scrapped pretty early.

They should have made it something like the book of pestilige(or something like that) from Planescape torment.

the whole Korgan quest was a let down.
Kill all the undead, find the book gone, go to the house, kill some wimp guys. or did I miss something? No XP either IIRC |
