And yeah, i *have* known girls of 12 that could pass for 18. It seems to be a peculiarly British skill - our girls are good at wanting to be (and looking like) adults before they've even passed through the teenager stage.

Still, judging by the pics I've seen of her, she does *not* look 18+. Hell, not even 16+, so I think he would have been justified in carding her. Her looks would make me doubt her adulthood, and a good rule is - when in doubt, don't!
