I just got the expansion Tales of thew sword coast recently,and now when I rest,i only heal 1 hit point,even if it is in an inn.I know I healed more than that before.Whats wrong here??

Perhaps you are confused with BG2 or IWD, where you can rest until healed. Anyway, if you rest in an Inn, you will receive HP according to what room you rent. If you choose "Peasant" you will only heal 1 HP. This is just the way it is, and always was.
