My web-mail has got a real shitty interface so I'm thinking of switching to some email client software.
Since I'm using firefox browser, I'm thinking of using thunderbird. Anyone who used it can comment on it? Or does anyone recommend somthing else?

Quite good, but elieve it or not, the features of Outlook 2003 are far better, and its one of those cases where it's quite easy to argue that it better, however I will not because Thunderbird is free which is the kicker for most people.
Thunderbird is nice, and probably better than most, but as with most things, it all comes down to your uses. Are you just using it for something like hotmail or gmail email? |

If you use webmail, you can also redirect it to a gmail account, which has one of the best web interfaces I've seen.

I use both Tbird and Firefaox as well.
Since we're on the topic, how to I set the outgoing mail to make all the recipients be undisclosed?
