Larry sees the gate open, much to his horror...studdering, he tells Kaz to get out her wand of Monster summoning...

Kaz casts the spell of the wand, and summons up .............

ooc...what can she summon, Mistral???

ooc: Anyone not protected from evil will be attacked by the pit fiend , which lasts 33 rounds. Everyone must cast protection from evil, or basically wait to be slaughtered. One of the most powerful demons...

~She gruffs as Deiter stood by her. They all needed a distraction and some time to think on real strategy. She nods her head and pulls a single scroll from her tunic.~ "Monster Summoning 3..." ~Within moments three winter wolves stood before her. She points at Meldrin.~ "Take anything he summons, for now, just give us some time ladies." ~The wolves give an understanding yip, not seeming to care if they were scorched. Chani looks at Deiter.~ "It's good to have summon creatures, makes life easy. NOW what do we do?!"

~ Recognising the pit fiend, Mistral cries out "Everyone cast Protection from Evil!" ~

~ Meldrin bursts into his maniacal laughter. ~

I need to know what creatures Kaz just summoned are.
I do not know the limits on the wand...

ooc: Wand of Monster Summoning will summon low HD creatures such as kobolds. I think they'll die within one round; as I say, the pit fiend is seriously one creature you don't wanna mess with...

~ Mistral hurriedly casts Protection from Evil. ~

~ Seeing that the group is summoning creatures to distract his fiend, Meldrin now summons a magic sword (+4 weapon, 20 rounds, as if wielded by 10th level fighter). Pointing to Larry, he orders, "Attack!" ~

~ The pit fiend crushes 2 of the wolves with one blow... ~

(ooc: I know this is a tough fight, everyone... but I am definitely keeping track of his no. of spells. Maybe the swords should come into play soon?)
