Did you guys here that (got a bit confused here, so if there is a mistake i apoligize) Israelis got attacked by Palenstinians. This is just madness on a holiday thats supposed to be happy. I for one is furied that someone would attack on a well known holiday for all Jewish people. This is just morally wrong.

Didnt Washington attack the British on Christmas or something during the revolutionary war??? was this moraly wrong too?
theres an old addage ive heard: "all's fair in love and war" War isnt about morality, respect, or anything of the kind. When there is a war both sides want to win, and I am sure they could both care less what religion the other side is. In this case their religion makes them weak. Not that I condone the actionsof either side, war is all together wrong, and I dont not stand for it or violence of any kind, but i am not surprised.

Repugnant is another word that comes to mind. America may have attacked the British on Christmas day, but during World War one, soldiers played football with each other and exchanged cigarettes on Christmas day. America was also concerned about being at war with Al Qaeda during Ramadan. Avoiding civilian death, and thus public festivals are two ideals 'civilised' nations have endeavoured to respect. Making the grisly business of killing people slightly less barbaric. Terrorism totally reverses this concept, targetting civilians, maximising their death |

The way I have read this, is that The Palistinians on the eve of possibly attaining their goal of an independant state through a peace brokered by the Saudis, proved that they are not honest, decent people just looking for a home, their attacks during the peace talks proves beyond a shadow of a doubt that they never wanted peace, Arafat never wanted peace, all they want is continued bloodshed untill the Israelies are all dead. The PLO had the chance for what they said they wanted and instead they threw it all away, now they are back to square one, Im starting to think that Israel might just be better off eliminating the whole group.....except that that would really mean killing innocents and that I cant even think of condoning. the PLO is no better than the Taliban and Al-queda in that they target defenseless men, women and children instead of targeting military and political targets. It is the same indescriminate killing as the Trade Towers of 9/11 but has been going on a lot longer. I can have no sympathy for them now...they HAD what they said they wanted and wasted the chance....so sad.
