Hi all
i want to solo for the first time, and i want to do it with a sorcerer. Is he powerfull enough ??? When soloing, is it strictly defended to group with other NPC's (even to do their quests). What about locks and traps ? How do you unlock and disarm when soloing ??? What equipment should i seek for my sorcerer ??? Thanks for your answers and advice Bye |

in order:
Sorceror is generaly considered to be the easiest solo. it depends. if theres a quest you _really_ want/need to do for some reason, grab the NPC otherwise most people would leave it. its up to you though. locks you can get with the Knock spell (esential for a solo sorceror or mage, useless in a party cause youll have a theif then), or STR enahancing items (so go build Crom Fayer). traps youll either avoid or have to take the damage. usual magic enhancing items. plus STR enhancers, plus whatever will fit in your bag of holding. also you will need a purse of holding to carry all your cash [img]smile.gif[/img]

I have an 8th level thief dualed to a mage right now. Not exactly a sorcerer, but I like him a lot. I poured points in to find traps and pick locks so that they were both over 100 at level 8. I then dualed to a mage so I don't have to waste spell slots to open locks and find traps. Have fun!
