Ashes

What do I do with the Ashes of Running Wolf? I thought it might be for Daelan's quest but whenever I talk to him (I am level 15) there is no option for him to continue with his story (boy steals Uthgar's spear, becomes warrior). What is it for? Also, what do I do with the Star Sapphire that I found in Layenne's Tomb (coldwood)?

The guy in the trading post wants the star sapphire - talk to him and he'll give you the quest. I don't know if Daelen wants the ashes or not, but you might need to wait until you reach level 16 before he continues with his story and gives you a quest [img]smile.gif[/img]

I thought the ashes might be for Daelan as well. Turns out, Tomi wants them.

Why? Tomi isn't Uthgardt. At least, I don't think so...

The spear for one of the possible henchman comes from the quest, where you cure the Elk tribe. The chief will give you then the spear, which - unfortunately - can be sold, is not marked as a plot item unfortunately;

Ashes of a famous hero, as it is thoughoug many games, are used in Potion of Longevity. If you listened to Tomi's tale, he was a student of one wizard and "washed" the ashes away, what the wizard had. So he now wants to get some new ones to replace the lost ones;

As for the gem, speak to the guy and try out all options, maybe he will give the quest to you still and then you can give the gem to him. But he might not.
