I have installed SoA, ToB, SoS.
I started a cleric dualed to ranger.
I went to Umar's hill, and the bartender has nothing to say to me! Even If I am the village protector now!

Is your Ranger half active at the moment? If it isn't, that may be your problem.

He dualed TO ranger.
Do you have latest patch for SoA? Find links at Dundee's thread.
The patch should be installed before SoS.

Yes yes yes... I have the latest patch (ToB). What I thought first is theat it was because I had viconia with me. But when I droped it nothing different happened.

Well never cheated (use shadowkeeper only in the begining of the game to bring characters exectly to the point my first party finished BG1) and so I do not know how these work. You mean that if I press Ctrl-y something will happen?

CTRL-Y kills the person the mouse pointer is on.

But only if you add Debug Mode=1 to you [Program Options] like so:
[Program Options]
Debug Mode=1
Installing=0
Install Type=3

Then ctrl-Q for adding a npc to your party and ctrl-y for killing

Which is found in baldur.ini in your BG2 - SoA folder.
