I love Fall, lots of apples and other fruit, mmmmm..... apples, just a tad too much rain for my tastes though, I prefer summer to fall, late summer is best, because you still have some of the heat and weather of summer combined with the fruit of Fall.

It is coming to fall here......

But what i dont get is this:

USA-----2000MILES--->UK------2000MILES----->AUSTRIALIA----2000MILES----USA

OK, this is using rough estimations.

how come both USA and UK have AUTUMN (Fall - stupid word), but the Austrialians have Spring. Why isn't it divided into thirds?

Such as:

USA - Spring
Uk - Summer/AUTUMN
Aus - Winter

Does anyone understand what I mean?

Its the whole Northern/Southern Hemisphere thing.

Think about it as going from north to south instead of round the globe east to west. That's why uk, us, and myself freezing in Moscow are all moving into colder weather while those in South America, Australia, and Africa are all moving from winter into Spring (lucky devils).

Personally I like Spring best of all...the whole rebirth and renewal of life appeals to me.
