the trick is to kill each flayer individually, setting traps is good if u make ur traps 'see' the flayers individually or ur traps all fire off at the nearest flayer

As the original author of the "Aggressive Mindflayer Tactics" thread, I have come up with an addition to the tactic. Drink up those Potions of Genius!!! Since they raise your INT to 18 for about 12 hours, this is about the best defense against the INT drain!!!
Minsc with an INT of 18??? That's a scary thought! Don't you agree, Boo? |
