I am still in act 1, I talked to a guy that said to bring him items for him to forge. I have the book and several items, but where is the guy that does the forging? Please help

the dwarf at the bottom of the armor shop will do it, just leave the item on the forge and talk to him (1 set of items at a time, ie one adamantite and one greatsword, then the next set to be forged)
