think about these as I am typing a general outline for my world

the land is somewhere in mid west of Faerun
it is a human dominated kingdom (Imperial West, IW for short

), but open for other races. the land is VERY famous for adventurers because of the vast hostile land and uncivilized areas

the story start at the capitol, Goriffen Dale (GD). the main factions make up the cities are:

Royal Family
the Palace Mages
the Merchants
the Crown Guards
adventurers
Peasants, small business man, workers

(several secretive guilds)

you two will start adventuring at your respective place, and different task will be assigned. and fear not, you WILL come cross the main group

Lucre, definitely, I am looking for serious RP and character (as well as player) development. so you'll learn along the way fi you are not experienced. just participate

tell me what do you want to play?
what class?
why does you character want to be that particular class?
what makes your character special?
what does he like? dislike?

who tutored him?
what makes him want to adventure?
etc ect

it is MY world! buahahaha, full of life and energy

(and nasty surprises every once a while)

however, the most important thing I keep in mind is:
this is EVERYONE's game (whoever plays) so I am not a dictator

YIPPEE! *Serious Face*

I would like to play a Halfling Thief class preferably something like Swashbuckler, he wants to be that because he grew up on the High Seas watching his friends of the Halfling type going to port and finding the local tavern, several hours later they would return and empty their pockets full of watches, gold, gems, rings, amulets and necklaces. He is special because he is the son of one of the Nobles in faraway Kara-Tur when he was crossing the ocean with his family his ship got attacked by the Sahuagin and all his family were killed, but he was saved by a passing stealth ship used for smuggling full of Halflings. He likes gold(obviously), strawberry drinks, Sea Air and he hates the Sahuagin and drunkards. Since his halflings ship was burned down in an arson attack in Athkatla Docks he roams the world of Faerun looking for adventure and great treasures and hopes to oneday buy a smuggling ship and sail back home to Kara-Tur.

Ehr... 250, you have to know that I've just started playing D&D! I have bought anly the starter set and I plan to buy Player's Handbook in a few weeks. You have to wait until I created my own character on D&D. Sorry for the disturb!
