Surfing the internet for a specific lizard image for my window awning cutouts I came across this page of Southwest & Mexican Recipes and thought they were to great not to be able to pass along to people who might want to dabble in a little southwest cooking.
I hope it is OK to post this link...if it disappears we'll know otherwise LOL! http://www.webtree.com/recipes/mexican.html Moni ------------------ |

Some of that stuff actually sounds very, very good, pity I can't cook though.

Good News is the food looks GREAT! The bad news is that If I ate it, I would be in Mucho Pain (bad stomach ) So I will pass the site on to my Ulcerless friends who like spicy food.

Gargoyle,
Why can't you cook? I can't bake~no oven in he house! BK, I understand about your stomach and I feel for you! I love this kind of stuff but usually have to make it myself so that it will be milder and easier on my own bad stomach. Hugs! Moni ------------------ |

Moni, thanks. The recipes look great. I just love Mexican food. Have to have margaritas to go with it though.

I got one as a gift when I was 17 even though I had been cooking and baking since I was 7. It was well used tweenty years later and my son insisted he be allowed to keep it when he turned 18. The recipes are simple, easy to read and follow and they all taste good! I am an excellent cook and I have Betty to thank for teaching me! Moni |
