I'm also in two other bands at the moment - one is rock? (for want of a better word) where i play guitar, the other is pop/funk where i'm attempting to play bass. All good fun.

Leonis - So tell me, how casual are the bands you play in? In other words, will there be a time when some of us can download an MP3 file or somesuch and listen to said bands and your playing? Do you have any recordings? I would love to hear more, and a solo of you playing your Gtr would be excellent. Not to push or anything, just curious.

the mp3s are actually from a demo made just before i joined so i don't play on these but it gives you an indication of the band. I've made them sound much better though

Got my stuff around but none in a sendable format yet...
But we shall tour the US, oh yes, we SHALL tour the US.

It was so cool sitting there at one of the Cafés terrace and watch the sunset, when I was a student and still lived there ... aaah well, life is made of choices ...

Morning Moiraine. No, I've never been to Nancy. Is that statue Stan himself? I believe he was Marie Antoinette's father - or am I way off line?

Good day Donut. Ah, you are off the mark, but not that far. Stanislas was actually Duke of Lorraine and King of Poland, and the father of Louis XV's wife, Marie Leczinska. Marie Antoinette was Louis XVI's wife.
Stanislas was a well loved Duke, even if he was not the best Duke for poor people. He decided to extend Nancy out of its Middle Age boundaries, by creating a complex of two big Squares and a huge park. The main Square was dedicated to his son-in-law the king Louis XV, and was called the Royal Square, with a statue of the king in the middle. Of course, this statue was destroyed and the Square renamed during the Revolution. I don't remember the exact dates, but it was somewhere during the end of the 19th century that the Square was named Stanislas Square and the statue of Stanislas made and erected in the center of the Square, where it still is.

No, the photo in my sig isn't mine, I borrowed it from a site about Nancy.

Boy those MP3s are shorties! The MUSIC sounds pretty good, especially in Two's Better Than One. Couldn't get the last one to play for some reason.
