Whoa.. Thought I lost the motherboard or CPU.. nope!
We went down a few days ago, and I took everything apart, (except the heatsink for the CPU) and cleaned everything.. dusted.. checked everything, and nothing.. wouldn't even boot to BIOS.. C1 error. SO... I was about to Order a new MB and had to order a CPU due to the Motherboard being old.
So a few hrs ago, I said... maybe the CPU was unset somehow.. or something.. removed heatsink, removed CPU and did find a tiny bit of dust near a pin. have NO idea how it got there, but cleaned it, reseated it, fresh thermal paste etc... and gave me a NEW error. A memory error. I had just bought new memory for it a month ago, so I swapped the sticks out, and BOOM! Boots and runs fine again... HD is fine too. WOW... was so bummed I was about to blow $500.. Thank god.. saved my bum! Well, I know things are slow, but WELCOME back!

Glad you're back!
BTW, I'm L17 in D:OS and close (kinda) to the end. Did you finish DOS?

Not yet, mid way.. way back when I entered that 'space and time' area--that was a cool twist!!
Been finishing up Grimrock 2 ATM, and working on some stuff for the Unreal 4 Engine. (Wanna make some DM Maps) learning the features.. I LOVE that you can build a lot of the level in 3ds max, then import it.. with some tweaking. I Love Divinity OS! Wish BG3 is going to be much like this, but more gritty. I have all the enhanced BG1 BG2 and IWD versions, been also playing each.. really fun! Wish they would reboot Wizards and Warriors in the Unreal Engine. BTW, I was on a vlog chat with the devs of the NEW Underworld game. Talked to tons of Looking glass folks, Even Stephen Russell and Teri (Shodan voiceover and Viktoria in Thief)!! Was freaking awesome!!!! The Kickstarter reached their goal, plus some!! $700,000+ as of now!

Re: Whoa.. Thought I lost the motherboard or CPU.. nope!
May have been a static fault between the pins... I knew the memory was going to go, as I OC it. But it's Gskill, and has a lifetime warranty.. but its so cheap, buying new is easier than an RMA.
